Our Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After the 14-day window has passed, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or process refunds for that order.

Delivery Timeframe

All orders are delivered within 7 to 14 business days from the date your order is confirmed. Please allow the full delivery window before reaching out about a delayed shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with any available tracking information.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) must be provided

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with (especially beauty and personal care items for hygiene reasons)
  • Items that are clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions
  • Digital products or downloadable content (if applicable)

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple. Follow these steps:

Step 1 — Contact Us Email us at chicnstylishs@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number].

Step 2 — Provide Details In your email, include the following:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • A photo of the item if it arrived damaged or defective

Step 3 — Receive Return Instructions Our team will review your request and respond within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions, including the return address. Please do not send any items back before receiving our confirmation, as returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

Step 4 — Ship the Item Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part.

Step 5 — Refund Processed Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at chicnstylishs@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. In such cases, we will offer:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, OR
  • A free replacement item shipped to you at no additional cost

You will not be responsible for return shipping costs in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe, please:

  1. Check your bank account or card statement once more
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider — processing times vary by institution
  3. If the issue persists, email us at chicnstylishs@gmail.com and we will investigate

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately.

Non-Returnable Sale Items

Items purchased during special sales or marked as “Final Sale” at checkout are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible at chicnstylishs@gmail.com. We begin processing orders promptly, so we cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment has started. If the order has already been shipped, our standard return policy will apply.
